**Hudson City Hall would like to clarify that: “Despite recent news stories and media coverage around Addendum 2 to Article 48 of the Local Code for Super Personnel Conduct (LCSPC), we do not have any intent on starting a war within our city. And to clarify, we did not pass this Addendum as a deterrent to organized crime or the fictitious threat the media refers to as “The Empress of Hudson City”. Instead we ask the people to see this change to licensing of Super Hero Groups as a path we have chosen to protect the citizens of this great city.
